2016 EXHIBITION DISPLAYS
The 2016 event attracted 209 exhibiting local and national companies, filling over 53,700 square metres of exhibition space at the Maryborough Showgrounds, Maryborough, Queensland, Australia.

2016 EVENT PATRONS
The 2016 event attracted 16,263 patrons over the three days. Patrons were offered a free return pass, allowing them to return to the event for the entire three days for the one low entry fee.

EVENT GUIDES PRINTED
Australian Events produced 14,500 full colour Event Directories, with 7,400 which was inserted into the Fraser Coast Chronicle and distributed throughout the Wide Bay Region. A further 7,100 copies of the Event Guide were printed and handed out to attendees at the entrance to the event.

Being a local business based in Hervey Bay the show enables us to display our products to potential customers outside of our local area. In past years we have sold our campers to interstate buyers via the show and this year came up trumps again. If any fellow local businesses read this I would definitely attend this show if the opportunity prevails.
We found the expo to be a fabulous opportunity to interact face to face with locals to provide information on correct recycling and waste water practices.

The event was very well organised and professional run. The site was clean at all times (no rubbish overflowing bins). Staff were helpful and polite. Overall as this was our first experience in participating in an event like this, we were very happy with the outcome and will be back for 2017 Show.

The wide bay show captures the right customer base ,as caravanners are always in this region at this time of year. The crowds are excellent,and the show has a good vibe.

There was huge variety of exhibitors to choose from, some I managed to gather some information from that will help in some future purchases. One of the exhibitors I visited to get some info, who has a business in Hervey Bay, I visited today (Monday) to purchase some items that we discussed at the show.
